We are looking for:

A Creative & Design Intern who is passionate about crafting compelling visual experiences. You have a solid understanding of both results-driven marketing designs and strong design principles. You are always keeping an eye on what is trending in the world of digital design. You thrive in a culture that celebrates iterative design processes (meaning: Many ideas, many revisions, lots of creative input — all in the name of shaping the best possible idea). You are detail-oriented, organized and find great pleasure in implementing visual systems. You must love start-up culture, feel energized by team-oriented environments, and have an all-hands-on-deck attitude.

We’re looking for someone currently enrolled or recently graduated in a college program with a focus in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Marketing, Communication, Art Direction or Advertising. You have graphic design and motion design skills. You understand the basics of motion graphics and designing for social first. What we care about most is your design ability, your fascination with the digital and social landscape, your capacity to learn, your willingness to contribute, and your desire to methodically build something meaningful from the ground up.

You'll do:

• NoGood brand projects across various formats including motion graphics, video, social media, and website work
• Sharing your unique design perspective with the team
• Support on specific client work as needed
• Turning creative copy and strategies into visual assets that drives impact
• Follow design trends, with an eye toward experimentation with emerging tools and techniques.
• Have a pulse on internet culture, meme culture and social media trends.
• Create scroll-stopping visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, videos, and digital ad campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team on idea generation, design solutions, social media planning.
• Other responsibilities are assigned based on creative team needs.
  
  

You have:

• Excited for the opportunity to utilize your growing skills in creative design and learn from professionals currently working in creative industries.
• Engaged in digital culture and media including memes, social, videos.
• Experience with creating motion graphics, social media organic / paid assets, designing website(s).
• You understand how to translate brand guidelines and identities into powerful designs.
• A strong communicator, both visually and verbally.
• You have experience in motion design and a passion for creating motion graphics
• Proficient in Figma & After Effects (with basic skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro)
• Knowledge of web design and other design tools a plus
• Able to take a design and translate into different channels and formats
• Well-versed in resolution, dimensions, and various graphic file formats.
• Fluent in all major social media platforms (particularly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube)
