POSITION

Clindoc with Case Management Analyst

REQUIRED SKILLS

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clindoc with Case Management Analyst to support and enhance our Epic Clindoc and Case Management modules. This role is responsible for analyzing clinical documentation workflows, optimizing case management processes, and ensuring seamless integration between clinical and operational systems. The ideal candidate will have Epic certification, strong healthcare experience, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, build, test, and implement Epic Clindoc and Case Management workflows.

Collaborate with clinical, nursing, and care coordination teams to understand documentation and case management needs.

Configure and maintain documentation templates, smart forms, and care plans within Epic.

Support transitions of care, discharge planning, and utilization review processes through system enhancements.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to clinical documentation and case management workflows.

Participate in system upgrades, testing, and go-live support.

Provide training and support to end-users and other analysts.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Epic best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Epic Clindoc Certification (must be current).

Epic Case Management Certification or relevant experience.

3+ years of experience in Epic clinical documentation and/or case management modules.

Strong understanding of clinical workflows, care coordination, and discharge planning.

Experience in healthcare IT systems and electronic health records (EHR).

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Epic certifications (e.g., Inpatient, Ambulatory, Orders).

Experience with clinical documentation improvement (CDI) initiatives.

Familiarity with regulatory standards such as CMS, Joint Commission, and HIPAA.
