We have the Following positions available starting at 21.00/hr
• Local daytime 4am-6am start time to delivery of General Freight of all types for customers. 60% dock to dock and 40% hand unload.
• Must be able to load and un-load as needed.
Linehaul Drivers Mon-Fri Nights from 8pm-6am ALL EAST Bound
• Linehaul with doubles and Hazmat is needed.
• Linehaul will require available drivers with limited notice. Example would be a call at 4-6pm for a 8-9pm dispatch.
To apply for a driving position, you must meet the following requirements:
At least 23 years of age
A valid class "A" CDL with endorsements for hazardous materials and doubles are desirable
Can physically fulfill the job requirements as described in the applicable job description
No DUI/DWAI in the past five years
No DOT "serious violations" in the past 3 years
Fewer than five points on your MVR in the past 12 months
1 year verifiable driving experience, preferably LTL
A pre-employment background, drug & alcohol screening is required. Baron Transport prides itself in hiring those employees who display a good attitude, commitment to quality and a willingness to satisfy our customer's needs are a must.
To complete the application, we will need you to bring in your MVR, Medical Long Form (medical card), CDL and a second form of government issued ID
