Tidewater Staffing is currently seeking Cherry Picker Operators and Reach Truck Operators for work in Windsor, VA.
Cherry Picker Operator: - Equipment: Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Picker, and Walkie Rider.
- Heavy reliability of Forklifts and RF Equipment. Longest training curve in the building.
- An away driver will move about 22 pallets an hour and replenish about 12.
- Responsible for refilling product back in the pick locations as the Order fillers pick.
- Put away: Responsible for putting away products that are received from the trucks.
- Training on providing excellent customer service (Order fill & Receiving Departments).
- Development skills (what it is and what it takes to be a team player).
- Being dedicated and motivated to obtain mutual goals (understanding your role in obtaining goals.
- Positive environment.
- Empowered to contribute information/ideas for the betterment of the company.
