Freight: Flatbed | 40–50% tarped loads | Steel & coils
Truck Policy: Assigned trucks | Pet and rider from day one
Compensation & Bonus:
Weekly Pay: $1,500–$1,600 avg (more for OTR)
$1,500 after first delivery
$1,500 after 6 months
$2,000 after 1 year

Minimum Requirements:
CDL A | 21+
1+ year verifiable OTR (past 5 years)
6+ months flatbed with steel or pipes

1 at-fault accident in last 3 years
3 moving violations in last 3 years
1 major violation
6 jobs in last 3 years (for bonus eligibility)
No failed/refused drug tests (no SAP)
Must pass DOT urine test
No safety-related terminations
