Job Description

Must have 1 year recent OTR experience and 6 months flatbed hauling coils or steel. No SAP. No failed or refused DOT drug tests.

Drive flatbed, earn percentage-based pay, and be home every weekend. Pet and rider friendly from day one. Full benefits and sign-on bonus included.

Job Details:

• Freight: Flatbed | 40–50% tarped loads | Steel & coils

• Route: 5-state radius | Optional OTR available for higher pay

• Schedule: Mon–Fri | Home Friday night or Sat AM | Out Monday

• Equipment: Late model Freightliner Cascadia & KW T680 equipped with EZ Pass & Pre Pass

• Truck Policy: Assigned trucks | Pet and rider from day one

Compensation & Bonus:

• Weekly Pay: $1,500–$1,600 avg (more for OTR)

• Pay Type: 27% of load
• Tarping, Layover, Dock detention, Breakdown paid
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 total

• • $1,500 after first delivery

  • $1,500 after 6 months

  • $2,000 after 1 year

Minimum Requirements:

• CDL A | 21+

• 1+ year verifiable OTR (past 5 years)

• 6+ months flatbed with steel or pipes

• No more than:

  • 1 at-fault accident in last 3 years

  • 3 moving violations in last 3 years

  • 1 major violation

  • 6 jobs in last 3 years (for bonus eligibility)

• No failed/refused drug tests (no SAP)

• Must pass DOT urine test

• No safety-related terminations
