Caregiver – CNA Certified

Join a respected senior care facility committed to high-quality, resident-focused care. We’re urgently seeking an experienced CNA who’s passionate about supporting the elderly and ensuring dignity in long-term care, offering $27 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide essential care and support to elderly residents
• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and monitor health changes
• Handle dementia-related care needs professionally
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive resident care

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years as a CNA in a senior or long-term care setting

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Dementia care or memory unit experience
• Night shift or flexible schedule experience

Required Skills:

• Current CNA certification, active and listed on mass.gov registry
• Eligibility and willingness to complete dementia care certification (at no cost)
• Dependable, with strong interpersonal and caregiving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with senior care routines and emergency protocols
• Ability to document patient activity and support logs
• Comfort in fast-paced, team-driven care environments
