Call Center Representative (Overnight Shift)

What’s the job?
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to refrigeration system alerts
Monitor store locations for alarms and respond quickly to service issues
Accurately log all communications and activity details
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to resolve issues
What’s needed?
1–2 years of experience in a call center, dispatch, or related field preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Availability to work Monday – Friday, 11 PM – 7 AM
