Job Description

Our  First Impressions Team plays a crucial role as the friendly voice of our client, assisting customers over the phone, booking service appointments, and introducing them to our MVP service - Service Professor's Customer Loyalty Program.

** This is an onsite position in Grand Rapids. **

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 5-Star quality customer service, establishing friendly relationships with prospective clients
  • Convert inbound and outbound calls into booked service appointments, ensuring all relevant repair details are captured
  • Present the benefits of our MVP service and assist in onboarding new members
  • Prepare packets for technicians with relevant information and handouts
  • Deliver call scripts authentically with clarity, compellingness, and personability
  • Tactfully manage difficult calls, serving as an advocate for our valued customers
  • Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information
  • Fulfill any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor

Shifts Available = 

  • Part Time: 3 day, 6 hour shifts = Monday, Tuesday & Friday; 7:00am to 1:00pm
  • Full Time:  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 7:00am to 5:30pm (Friday & Saturday off)
  • Full Time:  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday; 8:00am to 6:30pm (Sunday & Monday off)

What does it take?

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service in a call center or inside sales experience
  • Comfortable using phones and computers
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attendance record and ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and positive attitude
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to appropriate business systems and workflows
  • Must be able to work one of the shifts listed above
