We are a patient-focused dental office serving the Hillsborough and surrounding community with a strong emphasis on compassionate care, clear communication, and creating a great experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and committed to excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients with a smile (in English or Spanish!).
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule.
• Check patients in and out, collect co-pays, and help with paperwork.
• Communicate treatment plans clearly and professionally.
• Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, and the doctor to keep the office running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Prior dental or medical office experience preferred (but we will train the right person).
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a strong team player.
