IT Business Consultant, Senior

What does a successful Senior IT Business Consultant do at Fiserv?
A successful Senior IT Business Consultant at Fiserv specializes in the Open Solutions DNA area, delivering top-tier design and development of forms and documents. This technically adept role includes responsibilities for forms media configuration and archival critical to the DNA platform. This position is vital to the growth of our business, supporting new clients through implementation, and ensuring the success of deployment and setup of the DNA core software. Thrive in this unique and challenging role, engaging directly with clients, gaining exposure to diverse products integrated into DNA, and contributing significantly to implementation projects and professional services engagements.

What you will do:

• Design and develop forms and documents for the DNA platform.
• Configure and archive forms media relevant to the DNA platform.
• Support new clients through the DNA software implementation process.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support for Windows workstations and servers.
• Work on both day-to-day implementation projects and professional services engagements.
• Collaborate directly with clients to ensure their requirements are effectively met.

What you will need to have:

• 5+ years of experience in designing and developing forms and documents for technical platforms.
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows, including workstations and servers.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server databases.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be nice to have:

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with HTML5 and CSS.
• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office suite.
  

Salary Range

$83,400.00 - $143,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
