**About the role:**
Liquid I.V. is looking for an Associate Manager, Retail & Community Partnerships to lead the development and execution of strategic collaborations that drive brand visibility, product trial, and cultural relevance. This role uniquely bridges the gap between retail distribution and lifestyle-rooted community partnerships by building scalable, high-impact programs with fitness, wellness, and culturally aligned partners. This person will play a key role in bringing Liquid I.V. to life in the spaces where wellness consumers live, shop, and connect, with a focus on integration, storytelling, and flawless execution.

Retail Partnerships:
+ Partnership Strategy & Development: Build and manage strategic partnerships and retail activations across key channels including mass, ALT, drug, convenience, food, and omnichannel.
+ Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring shared growth and success, with an emphasis on SIH (Sampling In Hand) strategies.
+ Campaign Execution: Lead execution of brand activations, both retailer-owned and Liquid I.V.-owned, designed to drive product trial and awareness.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, brand, and retail marketing teams to align partnership priorities and implement integrated campaigns.
+ Analytics & Reporting: Analyze sales data and retail trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance of ongoing partnerships.
+ Contracting & Compliance: Own end-to-end partnership agreements in collaboration with Unilever legal, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
+ Performance Monitoring: Track retail KPIs including sampling metrics, inventory flow, and engagement outcomes to ensure partnership success.
Community Partnerships:
+ Cultural Strategy & Ideation: Generate and execute creative partnership concepts tied to product launches, brand campaigns, and culturally relevant moments.
+ Strategic Alliances: Identify and engage with lifestyle and wellness brands that align with Liquid I.V.'s values and consumer base.
+ Custom Solutions: Collaborate with internal creative and product teams to co-develop tailored partner solutions that amplify brand storytelling and drive relevance.
+ Contracting & Legal Oversight: Manage negotiation and execution of partnership agreements alongside Unilever legal teams.
+ Measurement & Growth: Monitor engagement, ROI, product co-development, and brand equity gains stemming from community partnerships.
**Qualifications:**
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
+ 3-4 years of experience in retail marketing and/or partnerships and community collaborations
+ A strategic thinking with a creative mindset and a passion for lifestyle-driven brand building
+ Strong cross-functional collaborator with an ability to manage multiple workstreams
+ Data-driven, organized and execution-focused with attention to detail
+ Confident communicator who can build relationships across industries and teams
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Asana, Wrike or similar platforms

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
The compensation band for this position is $86.100 - $90,000 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
