Broad River Rehab is seeking an Assistant Rehab Director to join our CCRC in Germantown, TN.
As the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, you will assist the Rehab Director with overseeing the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in the facility. You"ll assist with managing department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents" lives.
