Join us to make your contribution. **Your Team and Role** We are looking for an AP Intern to join our team with strong attention to details. This role will facilitate a variety of scanning, prepping, validation of optically recognized invoice data to ensure high levels of support in a fast-paced P2P environment. **Your Impact** + Assist P2P users and support them with invoice processing as required + Perform duties and special requests - assigned by P2P team leader and manager + Maintain high degree of quality control and validation of the completed work + Ensure operating and quality standards are met based on service objectives + Support financial results by minimizing site waste and rework + Process invoices in SAP **Your Experience and Qualifications** + Are well organized, pay attention to details, have great administrative skills and patience + Fluent in Hungarian and English knowledge - both verbal and written + Ongoing university studies for at least 1 year until graduation - Finance related studies are an advantage + Availability for at least 20-25 hours weekly for 6months + Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel + Have great people skills, can get along with people easily as well as being a team player, and be willing to learn **Your Benefits** + Flexible working opportunities with hybrid working conditions (home office opportunity provided) + Continuous development and training opportunities (monthly training sessions, e-learning courses, online language learning tool) + Long-term internships with practical knowledge acquired alongside university studies + Support from experienced colleagues for professional development + 2100 HUF hourly wage **Your Workplace** AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
