Program Development :
Planning, developing, and implementing new or revised programs, systems, and policies to improve court operations and meet organizational goals.
Data Analysis & Reporting :
Analyzing complex data related to financial, personnel, operational, and regulatory issues to make recommendations for improvements and support strategic initiatives.
Administrative Support :
Providing administrative and technical assistance to judges, chambers staff, and management regarding court operations and procedures.
Stakeholder Liaison :
Serving as a point of contact for court employees, various divisions, government agencies, and the public, responding to complaints and questions.
Research & Legislation Review :
Reviewing federal, state, and local legislation to assess its impact on the court system.
Communication :
Clearly and concisely communicating complex information, findings, and recommendations to diverse audiences, both orally and in writing.

(Our client's industry-leading benefits package contributes to approximately 30% of your total compensation package!):
· Paid time off will initially be accrued at a rate of 6.33 hours per semi-monthly pay period, for a total of 19 days/152 hours annually for the first two years.
