Job Description



We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AM Room Attendant to join our team in Baltimore, United States. As an AM Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our hotel rooms and common areas.

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards
  • Maintain the cleanliness of hotel common spaces and "back of house" areas
  • Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with necessary amenities
  • Report any maintenance issues or deficiencies to the appropriate department
  • Handle guest requests promptly and professionally
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
  • Perform any additional tasks as requested by management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Room Attendant in a hotel setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures and products
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
  • Basic English language proficiency for effective communication
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
