We’re hiring a Scrum Master for a full-time contract position through the end of the year, with a strong possibility of extension. This role offers flexibility— hybrid setup preferred (3 days a week onsite in Topeka, Kansas ).
In this role, you’ll support our client by leading Agile practices for a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, and guiding continuous improvement across delivery cycles.
What You’ll Do:
Facilitate core Agile events and ensure smooth sprint execution
Support teams in applying Agile principles to real project work
Build trust and encourage team ownership of outcomes
Monitor and remove delivery blockers to enhance flow
Provide reporting and visibility through Azure DevOps
Work closely with leadership to evolve team agility and delivery culture
What We’re Looking For:
Solid experience in a Scrum Master role, driving results across teams
Strong understanding of Agile delivery and practical coaching skills
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
Confident communicator with a collaborative, team-centered approach
Comfortable working independently in a hybrid or remote environment
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or similar)
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks
Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar tools
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and support teams in hybrid or remote settings
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred
